What's Up with Trick-or-Treaters (by Jenn)?

I think that we only got around 30 Trick-or-Treaters tonight. I don't get it. The neighborhood streets were packed when I was little. My dad actually had to go get more candy one year because we ran out of our twelve bags. Now I am doubling up on my candy to kids to just get rid of it.
